"When I was ready to put my Midtown home on the market I knew that I was going to give Sam Winter a call because he was very responsive in the two times that I reached out to him about a year and a half prior to my decision to sell my home. Shortly after we began the process I approached him about an industry related issue that concerned me. He was not familiar with the issue but a few days later he in-boxed me with information regarding my concern. That signaled to me that he not only heard my concern but he also acknowledged the importance of it to me.
